  Barista did not use the mixer to shake our drink but instead did so in their plastic cup causing the drink to spill out, then continued to hand it to us. I’ve never seen this before in my life.

  Rude staff!!! How can a huge multi billion dollar company not carry brown sugar for your customers? Teach your employees to refill the supplies.

  Every time I go to this location, I get half my order and then I wait another 10 for the other half. Today they didn't even want to make the frap that I ordered, which was ridiculous. Out of the 10 times I've been there only once was I in and out quickly.
