::I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frapp with extra Caramel and my order name was T and they gave my drink to another customer and I ended up waiting for 20minutes and then the drink maker was training a newbie so I wasn’t mad but then when she tells me my drink is on the counter I look and it’s not mine it’s someone named Jocelyn with no extra Carmel so then the lady proceeds to ask me what was my drink I repeated it 3 times and explicitly stated extra Caramel since I paid for extra caramel and she made it without the extra caramel 🙃. I get they are busy but I ordered before the rush and ended up waiting til after the rush to get my drink and I interviewed at cooper the same day so no I will not be going back.

::Not up to usual Starbucks standards. The place is dirty. Litter on the floor and tables and chairs sticky with food and spilled coffee. Coffee quality is soso at best even though one time the salted caramel cream cold brew was actually done perfectly. Out of The four times i went there while my father was in the hospital only one time was the coffee done right. All other times it was either burned and or half filled. No friendly smiles or interaction like I'm used to at my hometown Starbucks.

::Employees need to be re-educated how to make the Starbucks drinks properly. The venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso was literally only filled 2/3. When I asked the guy he said “I don’t know what you want me to do. If I remake it, it will be the same”. Need more education here because every other Starbucks I get it from- the drink is not like this.

::Every time I go here it’s an issue. You order and pay for extra of something and they don’t do it. If you ask for more or to fix it, you can an attitude and they give you LESS or make you wait. If they’re in a conversation about outside of work they will continue while you stand in front of them and then give you an attitude for asking for your item you ordered ahead for and sat for 10 minutes waiting for while they talk amongst themselves. The attitudes of the workers are terrible.
