::Today I visit star Toyota Beyside.The sales associate was Gilbert Martin,he is completely a cheater for him only we change our mind to not buy the car from Star Toyota Beyside.may be I will try another dealer but no more Star Toyota.He bring & show me the person his name Matt I know him & before another time when I go their he took me to taste drive,we drink coffee together,that time I was meet Anthony & he tell me Matt is a broker.But today Matt (as hole)is manager.shame shame I can believe why they cheating with people. Please everyone avoid them & read the reviews about them. Thanks everyone.

::This car dealership is full of fast talking and ultimately dishonest representatives. They do the trick of going to the sales manager and suddenly the price drops. But wait, not done yet. At the stage of the financing person, they suddenly added $500 to the price as an unexplained line item. The paperwork was "complete" and if I tried to start over, the car and the financing might not be available, I was told. I went to the general manager and the $500 was paid to me as a check. He apologized, but I am sure he knows what goes on. Many people would not have the resourcefulness to go to the general manager, and would pay the extra cost. I had bought a car there in 1996 and they did something similar then. I waited 20 years to go back, but they are still the same. More recently, I bought a car at another dealer with my partner, and the experience was 100x better.

::The service at this place is absolutely terrible. I can only speak for the rep I was being "assisted" by and his name was Sean. I would not recommend anyone even thinking about buying a car to consider this place. From the other reviews, I am now not surprised. I originally saw a car for sale online from Star Toyota that I WAS very interested in buying. Almost 100% sure if everything checked out on it when I came to look at it. I was not very local so I wanted to get all of the information on the car before I came into look at it. I originally called just looking for some information regarding financing and "Cash" price because I figured I would probably finance through my bank and not them. Sean advised that the advertised online price was financing through them only. Fair enough, so I asked what the "Cash" price would be. He told me he'd find out and call me back. Along with this the Car was being serviced by BMW at the time because it needed new trunk shocks so he had to figure out when it would be done and back to them. Over the next couple of days I kept calling back to get updates from Sean, and he kept giving me the runaround about how he needed to talk to his manager and how he had to find out when the car would be done being serviced. I mean how long could it take to replace trunk shocks? He also noted EVERY time that I called that he would call me back within the hour. He never called me back, ONCE, even after promising. As for the cash price, it took about 10 calls to them before he would give that too me. I finally stopped calling in regards to when the car would be back from service and decided to buy a car from a real dealership. I still haven't gotten a call back over a month later. If you don't have a car available for sale, don't have it up on 5 different websites advertising it? I've never come across a car dealership that didn't want my business? Guess they don't really care about staying open. Take your money elsewhere.

::Dissatisfied with their services.. Left empty handed. Sean refused to address our concerns about a car we were trying to purchase. He is quick at getting rid off the car and not handling his clients properly. Will not be recommending anyone here...Go elsewhere!!! I can clearly understand now why this place has such bad reviews... Foolish of me to ignore them.. Lesson learned!!!!!!
