::Worst service ever !! I had an appointment for braces, for my two children, after 70 minutes they said that the doctor still busy. They kept making excuses and wasted my family’s time! This was my first time, and clearly does not care about business and their customers.

::We have been coming here for 11 years with my 4 kids and they have been great! The atmosphere is fun, employees kind and comforting, and Dr. Sohrab has been great. We recently had an odd pain in one of my children's teeth and he went out of his way to treat it quickly on his day off and took great care of us. He has been excellent. Would definitely recommend!

::Dr. Sontab and Team! Thank you for your continued level of professionalism and for the candid care towards our 3 boys. It’s been 5 years since our first visit to your office. Thank you for having a very welcoming office staff and clean setting. More importantly, thank you for the sincere understanding of all children and their needs during every visit. It is heartfelt to witness our boys walking out with huge smiles. Thank you for your kindness and for keeping our boys teeth shinning.

::Today was the second time this had happened in this clinic. I had been waiting one hour for an appointment and when I had asked the manager how much it would take for my son to be called in and for a reason why it took so long, I then told him if I have ever submitted a late payment (I never had) and if it's fair that this had happened for the second time. He then starts yelling at me and threatening to remove my son's braces and to refund the pro-rate amount I own if I don't like to wait. He had not been professional with me and had yelled in front of all of the people in the waiting room. It is your choice to come here or not, but I did not feel good regarding this situation.

::Our first experiences here were good - check ups and x rays. When it came time to get cavities repaired, that is when it went downhill quickly. We prepared a lot for our son going in to get fillings (he is almost 4). We watched videos, spoke about it... when we were there, we got the slot just before lunch. The workers said they were waiting to go on their lunch break and they rushed. They took out straps before anything had even happened and started tying our boy down. It probably would have been a fair experience if they didn't rush and would have let our son know what was going on, so that he would know. Instead, they were hungry and wanted to get it over with. They are very nice, otherwise, but they have ruined the dentist for our boy. He sat nicely and got X-rays and was brave before, but now he will not go near a dentist chair. I have tried going to the dentist with him twice since this and he is traumatized to the point that he will not let anyone near him at the dentists. They are not patient with children who are scared, nor with parents who need to explain what is going on. We enjoyed this dentist-office and facility as it nice and friendly. However, when the rubber met the road - it melted badly.
