  Wait time is ridiculous! Get to the window and the woman couldn’t understand what I was saying! Get some more help and perhaps employees who speak English. 20 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of you is a horrible turn over rate. Donuts are mediocre. Will stick with Shipley Donuts from here on out.

  Clean! I am normally skeptical about eating at places that are next to cleaners or laundrymats (because of what could travel in clothes previous bad experience) but only reason I stopped in because there were no other donut places near. Pleasantly surprised! Very clean, excellent attitudes. Lost a star bc of credit card policy not listed. I don't like to be bullied into more purchase to meet a min. EVERYONE shops with debit cards! I want to spend what I want and not pressured into doing more for whatever your reason may be

  I love their donuts .and if I have to wait for morning kindness and always a smile I say YESSSS THE TIME IS WORTH IT.

  It was a big let down- the website states they open at 5am - I show up at 6:30 and the front door is locked and the only way to purchase is the drive thru- if I wanted a drive thru I would have gone some place else-I want to see what I want since I’m not an avid doughnut shopper!
