  This place is unbelievable! Copiers are always broken and copy and printing reps don’t want to help.

  Very time they mess up my printing. I have to wait here every time because they never follow your orders.

  Fax machines broken for 7 months now. UPS receipt machine for drop offs not working. Customer service great. That should never be the scenario at this location in the heart of the financial district.
