  To be honest the service at staples iselin is usually like a 4 out of 5. HOWEVER, Briana at the printing station has proven me wrong and provided amazing customer service. She's definitely a great multitasker and pretty thorough at her job. Briana told me about other printing services that would help me in the future. I feel better a lot better visiting the iselin store again knowing I recieved great service.

  Staple sucks!!!! My experience with staples sucks. I have been told by store manager that I can’t buy a laptop without placing online order after waiting for 30 min. I went this specific staples store after checking online available of hp laptop with i3 process, there were 3 available , but the salesman told me that all are reserved and can’t sell. Then I have asked to check 2 other models available in the store and he checked and told me all are reserved . He asked me to place online orders to pick up any laptop after spending 30 min with him. Unfortunately I am not in the condition to place online order. My experience with staples is horrible and festering, they may go out of business soon like other stores if it’s continues like this

  I did purchased ink for in store pick up, since the reviews were so bad I didn’t want to be in this store longer than necessary. So I get to the store to pick up about 2 hours later. They emailed me and text me saying it was ready. I went to the online pick up counter and was told they keep your pick up in the back so no one steals it. So, I say well how does that help anyone.... how do I get my purchase? They said they have to page someone and then they bring it to the front. 15min later they bring it up, ask me to sign and then as I’m walking out the alarm goes off because they didn’t deactivate the alarm. They need better management. Never going back to this store, if you can’t get something so simple right, how can you handle a complicated request.

  This is by far the worst staples. Don't go there for copies or printing. The copy center manager is promoting bad service. She said that you can only print from Google drive from the self service machines which is in my belief, false, since I printed in the same store before and the one on Linden the same day. I spend hundreds of dollars every month in staples and as a customer, I believe that employees that hate to work should not be facing customers. I believe that if you want to print a high quality printing and obviously you will be paying for it, you should not be forced the customers to use self service just to work less. I print labels for my products and it should not be printed like that lady wants.

  This particular Staples location is completely understaffed especially during the busier parts of the day! having 1 person maybe 2 on registers with more than 5 people on line and each transaction takes longer than 5 minutes seems a bit ridiculous. Today I stopped in to use their UPS shipping services that I saw advertised on their website and so the website said in order to skip the rush feel free to start your shipping label. I received an email of confirmation from Staples printed it out and the directions state: 1. Please proceed with your package(s) to the shipping center at your local Staples store 2. Provide this shipment number to the Staples Ship Center associate 3. Finish creating your label with the associate and pay When I arrive to the store, around 1 of course 1 person is on register and the two employees in the back seemingly had absolutely no idea what is was talking about and looked at me like I am making this up and basically say “we’ll we never saw this before, don’t know what this is” safe to say I will no longer spend money here, it’s not worth the aggravation.
