  The store environment is clean and pretty organized however the customer service staff/ cashiers are not that great. They do not tell you the difference between the prompts on the card reader. The operations staff is unable to process basic transactions without leadership assistance.

  Copy & Print center staff was very nice, but cashier lady with red hair and glasses was so rude and is always upset and complaining. Rarely visit the store but she is always complaining about being at work, and this time mentioned how she's tired of them switching her schedule and she's "dead beat tired"... i don't think working at Staples is much of an exhausting job.

  I did a quick run of needed office supplies. I needed help with finding an item and it was handled quickly.

  I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by the amount of stock for office supplies this location has. I know it’s a office supply store, but it’s encouraging to see clean aisles, stocked items, and staff that was pretty friendly. My main issue is with the bathroom. For one, an employee must escort you to the bathroom, which I didn’t mind. What I minded were the horrible conditions of the bathroom. When your bathroom is as bad as a park bathroom, you messed up, and Staples (at least this location) messed up. I wouldn’t hesitate coming here for office supplies. I would hesitate coming here for office supplies and using the bathroom.
