  I just went to the Massapequa location for help with my laptop. A young lady and gentlemen named Rich G helped me. They both went above and beyond to fix my problem! Thank you so much for your help.

  When I walked in a person greeted me and asked if I need any help. I said no thanks, she said okay if you have any questions let me know.

  I asked the cashier if she knew how long a certain item would be on sale. She replied "I have no idea". Is that any way to help a customer? Instead of saying I will check for you she says "I have no idea". Was she trained at all in customer service?????
