  Called the store and finally someone picked up the phone after 10 min. Then, after not even a minute into the conversation I was put on hold and ... lost another 20 min of my life. I hung up after 20 min.

  Technical issues within the store did not stop Chrystelle from being the most awesome Customer Service Rep. This young lady did everything in her power to ensure that my visit to the staples location was everything but complicated. Although the cards weren’t working, and all the computers were down, she found a way to make one of the registers work for me. She was nice, pleasant, and had a great sense of Urgency, when it came to helping me get in and out in a timely fashion. I would definantly visit the store again (May 10th, 2018 - 4:06pm).

  Worst customers service! They don't know there products can't really help you, waiting you should walk away, making you feel uncomfortable,

  Terrible. Where any other staple I would be charged only $7 in change just to have two sheets of paper laminated including printing, this specific Staples here charged me $17 in change just to laminate two pieces of paper with printing. I was told that they charge me for cutting the paper where I could have done it myself. The most stupidest thing that I've ever heard! I want a highly do not recommend the copy and printing department at this Staples. The associate lady. Was servicing me behind the counter just simply told me that the prices went up which makes absolutely no sense. Be aware. This place is a No-No for me and I'll never go here again!
