  Went it to pick up some papers in the print area. And the workers there were just ignoring me for 15 mins. Just talk and putting papers away. The new girl helped after she punch in for her shift. When there where 6 guys in the booth. Don't go here. Go to the one in downtown. They give you better service.

  Store opened at 10am. I was there early at 9:45 for something I needed in a rush. It was cold and raining. There were 7 employees, including 2 managers, standing around eating breakfast & on their phones at the copy center. They clearly saw me. When another employee showed up and had to be let in, I asked if I could go in to gather my purchases so that I would be ready to check out at 10 AM and they said no and made me stand outside until 10:02. This is why Staples & other corporations like them are going out of business. When you have to compete with on-line vendors & the only thing separating you & tech is customer service & you suck at it, you’re going to lose.

  I got some posters printed here on a Saturday morning when I needed them in a pinch! Very fast, helpful service. A huge lifesaver!

  Worst customer service ever! I went there looking for a folder and wanted to seek help form the guys there. Two men who I approached were laughing at something and they continued laughing when I am there asking something and ignoring my question. Didn’t bother to apologize for their childish behaviour. No professionalism and no ethics. I will go shop again when they hire adults!

  Service was pretty great the last time I was here. Plenty of staples product and PROTIP: You can get parking validated for free here. This extends your parking to two hours!
