::Horrible customer service. I called in today and spoke to Stacy around 8PM (they close at 9PM) wanting to make 60 copies with my own paper. I explained to her it was an emergency since all my directions for my wedding invitation got ruined and needed to be sent out tomorrow. She said that it's too late to make copies today and I had 6 people ahead of me which is totally understandable. She can place order and I would have to wait till tomorrow to pick up, no problem. My frustration is the lack of professionalism with Stacy. I obviously don't work for Staples so naturally I was asking questions, for example she suggested me making copies using there machine, in turn, I asked may I use my own paper, she sucked her teeth and murmered loudly "Oh my God" followed by an annoying singh. I'm sorry Stacy but you have no business working in customer service. I, myself do work in customer service and I pride myself in providing the utmost best customer service. Did I also mention Stacy hung up on me when I told her I was on my way. Instead I looked up another Staples(Palisade Mall).. called to see if they can accommodate me with copies, the representative said of course and that she'll make them herself, only takes seconds. I made a U-turn and headed there. I was so bothered by Stacy that I had to call back and tell her not to worry because I found another Staples who wouldn't mind making me copies and gave her the heads up I was going to write this review and contact the manager in the morning. I have dealt with all types of customers and I still managed to remain respectful and professional. So sad...... No

::The worst customer service and the assistant manager Mr. Torres is even worse. They need to hire new people in this store or they will run out of business real soon. In my opinion they desperately need training in how to treat their customers.

::Is this really a Staples!? Cuz it's unlike any Staples I've ever seen in the NY/NJ area. How? Well, the first thing I noticed was that the staff in the print center was cheerfully helping customers, and the area was spic and span. The whole store was clean and tidy - even in the middle of the afternoon on a busy Friday. The shelves don't look like the place is going out of business - as it does in typical Staples. All the ink SKUs were filled. All the shelves were well stocked. And not only that, everything was arranged neatly Specials and free-standing displays were well organized and in the center of the store - just as they should be. I even saw an employee moving things that customers misplaced back to their proper locations. I don't know who's in charge of this store, but he deserves a lot of credit. Clean, easy to shop, well stocked. This is what a store should be

::I absolutely love this store! Its always clean, sales people are courteous & helpful. Cashiers are helpful with letting you know what is on sale or give you a comparable option priced less to your purchase item. I have never had a bad experience here.
