::Tried to print 12 sheets of paper double sided. Got billed for 50 sheets, and the cost was over $50! The staff at the store couldn't help. And the number they gave me to call is permanently a busy signal. I will never shop at Staples again. Update: following a complaint i made online, i was contacted and reimbursed for a portion of the cost of this project.

::Wanted to go in to just get some papers laminated. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I understand the women behind the counter was on the phone with a rude customer and manager was helping. They didn't even say one word to me let me know be a second. There 3 other customers complaining about information given to them that was wrong. Worst customer service ever!

::There is a HUGE pothole in the driveway entrance. They blame it on the landlord and say they are doing what they can as they have let him know! What???? That is it???? People are doing business with you!!! The least you can do is provide a safe experience! I will not go back until this is fixed! I would advise everyone else to stay away as well! I bet IF Staples Headquarters knew about this, the pothole would be fixed immediately! I am taking my car in tomorrow to make sure that my car did not suffer any damage that I cannot see. That is how bad it is!!!!!
