  Ladder was blocking what I needed and no workers nearby. Otherwise workers courteous and accomodating, store clean and organized.

  This time in the morning is perfect. In and out in 20 minutes. Pleasant environment.

  Mike S. was engaging, polite, and extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions. Mike made our in-store experience at Staples one to remember!!

  This store employees are careless and on the cell phone. The manager is always hiding in the back somewhere. The acting manager, Grace is abusive and has a bad tongue. I've posted her poor customer service video on You Tube and Twitter. She trash talked customer at the store. I am a small business owner and will never hire people like her. Wonder why Staples hired an ill mannered person like her. She doesn't know ABC of customer service. Shame on Staples to have an employee like her.
