  Yes those guys are sometimes busy and you spend a lot of time there . But I enjoy staying there ,because the quality of service is important,not the time .

  Came in looking for an aux cord for a car, I had asked an employee and was pointed to a section of Staples. I went there to find out that this employee had no clue what an aux cord is! The section turnt out to be for usb's and stuff. I had to find it myself after like fifteen minutes when I even showed them the exact aux cord online being sold by STAPLES. The employee was either foreign to this country or untrained. Either way it left a bad taste in my mouth knowing I have to do THEIR job!
