::I wish I could give this place 0 stars for one reason only. I frequently need to print for my business and EVERY single time, there is a problem placing my order. When I call their printing and marketing department they are rude, they talk down to me, and they are wildly unhelpful. It takes everything I have to be polite to these people. They work in customer service!!!! I am desperate to find an alternative to ever going back and dealing with their attitudes. Just avoid this printing department if you can.

::Very clean store. When I walked in a lady was friendly and helped me find the items I was needed - I think she was from the photocopy area. A few days before, I asked the person at the Tech Desk and he was very helpful. Both times, people in the store were readily available to answer questions. I don't know (obviously because I now live in VA) but I get the feeling that people at this location like working there. Great location too.

::The salesman was most helpful. As soon as I walked into the store, he asked if I needed any help, and he showed me where the right type of replacement cartridge I needed for my printer. The layout of the store pretty much directed me where to go to find what I was looking for.

::Lately I've been having very bad experiences with staples. They have changed their printing services a lot and their prices. With that said, going to the staples in Wappingers became my best experience with the company ever because of its management. The assistant manager there is incredible. She is courteous, she is efficient, and she cares about the customers and her job. Customer service is seriously lacking today, it is with all places which is a shame. Still the positivity, and courtesy that comes from this manager spreads to a better atmosphere and makes for better business... Well done Patricia.
