  I ordered same day premium business cards at 11 AM. They were starting to print them as I walked in at my 8:30 PM pick up time. They are printed on the regular stock, not premium and the store is now closed.

  Designed a simple black business card with gold text and a gold logo, and it was done wrong, after the first time I was told through an employee that talked to a manager saying there would be no cost after they reprinted it again, got it wrong a second time; they had a shift change and instead of no cost I only got $5 off, and for the THIRD time in Staples this week I'm siting for 20+ minutes again just trying to get this order sorted out. Disappointed with the service and lack of consideration.
