::We were on hold for about 17 minutes before someone pick up the phone. We were trying to see if we could print 1 copy in photo paper out of our memory card. We did not want to go to the store if it wasn’t possible. We run our own business and we need to have accessibility with the companies we use. However, Staples apparently doesn’t know how to deal with business owners. We understand you have previous orders but keep in mind we went on your less busiest time. At 3pm is when this store is apparently slow. The manager by the name of Susie could not make the business decision to do that one print herself. If she would have taken that action it would have never interrupted the previous orders and she could’ve had one more customer. We needed up going to a competitor and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Your self serve copiers don’t print on photo paper, maybe you should consider changing that if you are not going to have the proper personnel. Staples is not business friendly and I would not recommend to anybody I know. All of this could’ve been prevented if someone picked up the phone! A wasted 30 minutes for nothing.

::I called to print one picture 8x10 as an emergency and Susie had me on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up at 17:42 minutes because she answered as I was walking in the store and she said she saw me walk in since I let her know that I was approaching the Copy and Print Center. When she came up she mentioned that she would not be able to print it because she had 3 orders ahead of mine. When I approahed the print center there was one person there and he didn't seem to be printing anything. Susie is the Oporations manager and she knows how to print but she said she would not do it because she would have wait for her employee to print the other orders first and she can not interfere with the order even though I was there in person. She rejected to help me as a customer in her store. Ibeleive this is poor customer service. If you have a business and are looking to get something done please DO NOT go here. As a business owner I recommend this place to not keep their customers on hold longer than 1-2 minutes.

::I live near this location. I used to do merchandising for the company I worked for here. I also have tried to shop here and print it out documents here. Awful customer service and awful copying and printing services for over two years. I will not ever go back to this store. Too many horrible experiences over a two year period.

::Well stocked with office supplies and office furniture, as well as technical gadgets. Good service to all customer's by staff.

::Weak selection of merchandise but very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Staples needs to go back to basics. The, "Yes we have that" stocking policy. Because Amazon has it for sure. But I like stores and the people in stores. Just don't shoot them in the foot by giving them no merchandise
