  This Staples is Managed brilliantly & it shows. They have assisted w/many last minute work & volunteer projects.

  The managers at the store show a very low professional skills, and lack of interest for the customers in another words "they don't care if customer is satisfied ".

  They're constantly remodeling the store and because they're so customer friendly the stores always busy. There's a bit of a wait but it's worth the trip. I rely on them to handle my UPS packages, to this date still haven't had an issue. Highly recommend Staples.

  When I was buying a computer there I felt like they used my lack of knowledge about computers against me by saying stuff like it won't work without word (you have to pay for a year long membership) and it won't work without security (had to pay for that too) my trials for that stuff have ran out months ago and it works fine. I should have known better. I'd give them a higher rating if they didn't do that because overall I love the store but I highly dislike how they used their knowledge against customers
