  Just left the kingsland ave location and i'm still sitting in my car smiling! The staff here are super helpful! After a horrible experience at the Bloomfield location, my fiancee and I came here just to make copies and fax. KRISTIN took care of us in every way possible. She was so cheerful and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond ti keyout needs! Thank you Kristin!!

  No customer service! Waited 15 minutes for help with paper selection before I left. They obviously need more personnel.

  Very helpful to me & my husband. My husband would of paid almost $200 of 100 pages of fax when a staples associate said maybe u should email it which saved him abt $140.

  Came to this staples to print something important for my business - standard 11x17 sized, 30mins before they were closing and I️ was turned away. There was no line for printing and the employees were just conversing with each other. I️ asked politely if they could please print it even though they said no, but they then proceeded to tell me the color machines were broken. That’s a lie to cover laziness and I️ will not be giving any business to staples in the future. Will take my printing needs to fedex office or another printer.

  Young lady who took care of me was amazing. Friendly, prompt, and personable. This store is further away from my home than the closer one in Bloomfield but the staff and service are just so much better. Don't mind driving the extra miles
