  I've never felt so abandoned in a store! I approached the manager about computer floor mat's, he pointed me to the back of the store, no assist, a young man that worked there offer to help me when the manager walked away, I went, chose, a mat, it was huge, heavy and dusty, I struggled with it to the register, the young gave me paper towels to wipe me and the mat off, the manager, just kept walking by, so I stopped him and asked, do you have any string or a little rope to tie this mat up with? He looked my way and gave me a flat no. I felt VERY MISTREATED, in this store, very, so I quietly paid for my mat and left. I will NEVER, shop there again, I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone who's asking my opinion!

  Always have to wait a long time at the photo or printing service, they usually dont have enought people working there.

  Worst Staples store ever. Not only are the associates unfriendly and deal with you with vile contempt, they are too lazy to clean up their store. Not only that, they want you buying at their store but when you ask to use their restroom, they have none available for the public. Do not even bother asking anyone who works there, they will just roll their eyelids and turn you away. Such disrespectful customer service. I will NEVER patronize a Staples in this area again. Unbelievable!
