::Haven’t had any complaints except for having to wait long lines to pay for a purchase. They should have more help at rush hours. They are certainly aware when those occur.. If you haven’t the patience to wait, this might be an obstacle. Most New Yorkers expect some wait time but here waiting is standard practice for obtaining anything. Check their busy hours and if possible avoid them. Otherwise, tech help has been good and often the pricing is lower than at Best Buy down the street. With competitive Price Matching , however, an option at BB, it is easier to get what you want faster and at a lowered price . If Staples could imitate some aspects of Amazon, making online ordering a bit faster, those who could would never venture into the store to wait on a real line.

::I have had the pleasure of dealing with the manager on numerous occasions. He is amazing, courteous, knowledgable and gets things done. His team is also excellent. I strongly recommend this store, especially as they have a great manager, and conscientious employees!

::Horrible experience. I went in to use the self-service printing machines, which botched my print jobs to the point that it wasn’t worth printing. I went to the customer service counter and asked for a refund. I had to argue with the associate about the price (which was clearly printed on the receipt) for almost 10 min. She then went to the manager and made me wait for another 10 min (I think just out of spite). I’d advise going somewhere else for your print jobs. Just not worth the hassle...
