  This associate name Heather is to busy to take a print job. Second visit this has happened had to leave and some back.

  EXTREMELY difficult to get to. It's in the third floor of the Metropolitan shopping plaza. Never been to an office supply store that didn't have simple, drive up, ground level access. The vehicle I'm driving is too tall and too long for their parking garages and their street parking is extremely limited and tight. Just doesn't seem like a good location for this sort of store. The store itself seemed well stocked, need and orderly. They had what I needed and the manager was prompt in getting it for me out of a locked case. The associate who helped me seemed a but bit bored and unhappy to be there on an Easter Sunday. He handed me my bag without saying goodbye, thank you, come again or any other pleasantries.

  3/22/18 sales Rep was really rude and not helpful. Maybe hire nicer associates!!!

  its a great store but don't ever use the copy and print center computer because they charge you for every min being used. Don't recycle your ink there either because there are STIPUATIONS to follow. You have to spend $30 prior on ink or toner to get $2 staples rewards for each cartridge you recycle.

  I was here for an hour trying to figure out how to get my wedding programs to print correctly period they're employee Chris in the printing center was very helpful, patient and kind. The programs turned out great, and I'm a pretty picky person. We'll be using them again
