  The crew came out to clean my boat. They spent all of 5 minutes aboard. They didn't discuss services and gave me an estimate quadruple what I expected based on conversations with other customers. Then the crew tech gave me his personal cell number, said to call again NOT through Stanley Steemer, and he would give me a lower price. Called SS to complain-- still no word back from management over a week later. Absolute scam artists.

  I had used Stanley Steemer before and had excellent resuts. This time it was dreadful. The stains did not come out. I knew when your men arrived and they asked if I wanted to continue. I said 'of course'. They should have tried harder. If you cannot rectify this, I will not be using Stanley Steemer in the future. I do not want a refund. I just want the stains to come out.
