  Let me start by saying STAY AWAY from this business Stanley Steamer located 10 Clifton Boulevard Clifton NJ 07011. There’re in business of ripping off senior citizens here is my story. I placed a call to Stanley Steamer Clifton NJ May 29 for a standard tile cleaning I was informed by the receptionist that the service will be $99.00 then he informed me that Stanley Steamer will not come to any home unless the service charge is $130.00 or more the receptionist then mention that Stanley Steamer could put a clear grout in the serviced kitchen area that was being cleaned by Stanley Steamer for extra $57.00 so the total was $157.47 I agree to the adjusted amount with the extra grouting service. Next day May 30, 2018 (2) Stanley Steamer personnel showed up vehicle driver named Junior Gonzalez and crew member Jansen Rodriguez. Stanley Steamer crew members performed the standard tile cleaning (very shoddy work half the tiles were clean and the other half dirt in the grout area). They inform me they could not provide a bill only through email, I paid them $157.00 cash and provided my sons email address as I am a senior citizen I do not have an email address just so I can have a copy of the invoice for services provided. Once my son printed the invoice the statement indicted $99.00 plus tax $6.56 total bill $105.56. for standard tile cleaning no grout work performed the Stanley Steamer Crew Junior Gonzalez and Jansen Rodriguez left before my son could ask about the billing so the crew pocketed the $50.00 and the extra $10.00 tip my son immediately called Stanley Steamer wanted to speak to a manager his name is Juan my son mentioned the situation to Stanley Steamer Manager(Juan) he said he would investigate and call me back the next day. As you probably can guess never called back my son called 3 times before we received a call back from Juan. Spoke to Juan he indicated he would escalate to his manager and expect a call back tomorrow as you can expect no call back from either Juan or his manager (Juan promised he would call me back, I guess the management team treats their customers. My son placed another call to Juan ext 2327 as you can expect I received an answering machine (Please leave a message) which I did not call back. I have also placed a call to Jameel Robinson who is Juan’s manager no call back I called the office had them send an email no call back It’s one thing performing shoddy work, however Its quite shocking that a company such as Stanley Steamer they would hire employees that would prey on senior citizens it impacts the Stanley Steamer brand. As I mentioned before stay away far away from Stanley Steamer. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my son will post my story to every media outlet he can find (yelp, Facebook etc). What poor service from the management team it no wonder employees feel that they can take advantage of people who are just looking for a simple tile cleaning.

  Excellent work, the workers took they time to clean the carpet and the couch spotless. I can hardly recognize the couch from before. Great job.

  The guys were nice enough, but the finish of my travertine tiles has been removed! Pricing for natural stone wasn't on the website, it is SUPER expensive. Now I've paid a ton of money and my floors are ruined. Some of the grout is clean and some isn't. Tiles that once had a sheen are now DULL and dirty looking. I'm freaking out, trying to find someone to hear my complaint. Oh, and they didn't do any of that nice stuff you see in 'what to expect' video. Left dirt they tracked in on my other floors. :(

  I had Stanley come out 3 times...since we have carpet with high traffic area... the clean it and my stairs and upholstery as well. Definitely a great company.
