  Horrible customer service. I got rear ended and got treated like I was just an inconvenience to them, not like I was their own customer. They tried to short change me by $2500 on my claim. The whole process took over two months. I could never get anyone to call me back. Obviously I couldn't cancel fast enough, still waiting for my refund 2 months later, ugh.....time to make yet another call....just remember, you get what you pay for

  Horrible customer service. I tried mutliple times to just get a quote for a home purchase. I never received it. I left multiple calls and no response, ever. I then tried to call and complain to the manager of the office and was never forwarded on. I STRONGLY urge you to not use this company. This was just trying to get a quote, in other words give them new business. Imagine if you had a claim issue.

  Standard only writes ACV policies which can short you a few thousand dollars if you ever make a claim. Buyer beware.
