  Very good customer service. They provide free transportation which really helped. I was in and out in an hour.

  My mother has dementia and was sent here for an MRI. She had been here in the past but this time she didn't recognize the place. She was scared and withdrawn. The young lady was so attentive to her that my mom was very comfortable in know time. She spoke to her in Spanish, and was very gentle with her. Thx U for your service.

  I always request to have my MRI done at Eastchester Road office. They are nice, pleasant staff. Usually prompt.

  Went to the one in Yonkers and it was a horrible experience. Came to this location in the same evening and they were able to help me and provide me the service that I needed without a long wait. The women in there are very nice and helpful. They also provide transportation if needed which is great. This place is great but the one in Yonkers the workers do not help you at all and turn you away right away.
