  I called, spoke with a very nice, professional woman who took my name and number. She said a technician would call me back within 1 hour. 26 mins later I received a call and Rico came right over. He was very nice, professional, fast and obviously knew what he was doing. I took a long, HOT shower within the next hour! Amazing service, especially when considering the "other guy" (NOT from Stan's) who I was initially counting on to fix the water heater, never showed and never bothered to call. If you want dependable and fast, Stan's your man.

  My hot water heater stopped working on a Sunday. I called to see if they could fix it. The technician walked me through a lengthy diagnostic process, and we were able to figure out what was wrong. At no charge, on a Sunday, the problem was fixed. I can't thank you enough. Oh, and I spoke with about 12 other service providers prior to this, and none were as helpful.
