  Good overall experience. I was having bad headaches because of all the time that I was on my computer at work. Dr. Kraus was able to diagnose my issue and give me glasses that greatly helped my problem.

  I scheduled an appointment. Got two confirmations, and yet when I showed up, I was made to wait and told that I have to be referred out. I would not mind being referred, but being referred without seeing a doctor, and after receiving two confirmations is seriously annoying. I felt that my time was wasted. I travelled to get to this office and took a day off just for this appointment. And by the way; I don't remember hearing an apology.

  The staff is extremely friendly, the doc is extremely friendly, and I truly feel that they're putting in 110% effort. Treat us like our eyes are their own.

  Great place. New staff is great. I they are currently under renovations and looking forward to see what's coming...
