  If I could give them zero stars, I would. My roommates brother is in town from another country and the bouncer denies him entry because he doesnt have an American ID. He has a valid Columbian ID and a picture copy of his passport on his phone and the bouncer says “we only accept United States ID here.” He says “its a rule here” and I said “you should talk to your manager about that rule” and he says “Yeah I probably wont” I then say “that rule is stupid because people like my roommate who are on a student visa cannot get a United States License” which then he replys by saying “ youre stupid” (which really just shows his lack of intellect). Ignorant employees with horrible customer service. Oh and the bouncer was a bigger guy with a tan carhart jacket and black beanie.

  Bartender was absolutely awful. She looked at me in the eye several times and then proceeded to serve other people who had walked up after me. Pitiful service

  I'm baffled, I brought my European friends to Kentucky out to the nightlife of Lexington, and of all bars, the Stagger Inn is the only one that they would not allow in "according to ABC laws". They stated that they needed and "an American issued ID". This is crazy. We have went into the majority of bars here in the city and the Stagger inn is the only one that you cannot get into. DO NOT VISIT THIS BAR. this is completely discriminatory against anyone who is not American. Craziness. i will tell everyone to not visit this place. Stay away from the Stagger inn.

  Awesome country bar downtown. Their live music is always great! Super fun place.

  Love this place. Its kind of a dive but that's what I love about it. Great bartenders. I staggered out. C is the man. L is a close second. All around great time. Stop if your in the area
