  Normally the food is not bad. This particular time my order arrived late. They also forgot one of my sodas and the one that I did receive was spilled inside of the plastic bag that they had sent it in. My food was cold the sandwich was a turkey sandwich so I didn't expect that to be hot but the fries they sent were cold and tasted old. When I called the restaurant to complain they quickly blamed it on the driver. They told me that there was no manager in the store but they would comp me when she came in the next day. That was 5 days ago!! Every time I call there is no manager there and whoever picks up the phone says that they can't help me and they don't sound like they really care. It doesn't matter what time I call I'm still told there is no manager. The woman I spoke to today said that the manager is only there til 3pm. How can you run a place like this and there is no manager on duty at all times? At least someone who can make these types of decisions. What happens if you have a customer in the restaurant who has a problem ? Do they tell them "sorry can't help you the manager will be here in the morning." This is going to be my last time ordering from them. The other times I have ordered from there have been fine and I probably would still order from there if it weren't for the run around. This is not how you run a business.

  The cinna-toast is possibly the most amazing thing I've ever eaten in my life. No exaggeration! We went on a weekday, which I highly recommend. There was no crowd, we got a nice seat with a great view of the street and our server was attentive and very friendly. He actually steered me towards the Cinnamon french toast, and thank God for that because eating it was like a religious experience!! :)

  Good place with nice omelette options, tea, customer service and view. Prices maybe little expensive for breakfast menu. Overall the vibe, cleanliness and music were good. Nice place to have food and conversation. There power outlets under some tables in case you want to charge your electronics while enjoying the food. And service is real quick, we made our orders and after couple of minutes it was ready. We were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this place if you are in Hobokan area, NJ

  I was going here weekly for a year, but only because they serve pancakes on my school's meal plan. It's overpriced otherwise. The service is slow and terrible. As an instance of how they treat their customers, the waitress I always received would remind me to tip every time, even though I always did. On top of that, the last occasion I went, I was refused seating because I "never tipped the waitress who usually seats me," which was completely false. I tipped every time I went, and furthermore, tips are not mandatory, one cannot be refused service for that reason. Take your money elsewhere, this place doesn't deserve a cent.
