::Rude office staff, incompetent workers who do not know how to properly X-ray. Other dentist in building wasn’t sure which teeth I had fillings on. If you miss three appt even if your sick they will stop serving you and hang up on you disrespectfully while your on the phone . Would not have even had to come back for another appt if the proper X-ray was taken the first time for ins. It’s small and ghetto inside anyways with old equipment. Nothing special here.

::BE CAREFUL WITH BILLING! They'll lie to you! I had to have an emergency tooth extraction, and I asked Dr. Stacey how much that would cost. He said with my insurance it would be $40 a tooth, so I went ahead with the procedure. Come to find out, NOW I OWE THEM $400! I can't even explain how upset I am right now. I am a full-time college student and $400 is something I cannot afford. At least they are allowing me to pay in monthly payments. The staff is nice and so are the dental students, but their pleasantness is not enough to overpower this horrible situation they put me in. I am so disappointed. I thought I'd found the right dentist for me. GET THE PRICE IN WRITING OR YOU'LL PAY DEARLY FOR IT!

::Hello all so several months ago my Fiance saw Dr. Richard Stacey here and the dr was excessively quick and during the procedure chipped one of her teeth. It wasn't a big concern at the time because things happen. And then a short while after I was seen and the same thing happened his tool hit my bottom tooth and created a chip on a tooth he wasn't working on I reported it, and they said they would note it and review it the next time I came in. So after that, I went in again and saw Dr. Austin who was very good so on this recent visit we scheduled an appt with him and confirmed he would be doing the work by calling an hour prior. When my fiance showed up today to her surprise it was Dr. Richard who was doing the work and chipped another tooth. We addressed the issue and then received a call back stating that we couldn't pick what dr we wanted and that we were now dismissed from the clinic because we had brought up these concerns. The funny part is we never asked them to fix the chips just informed them of the incidents. They then hung up and every time I called after, just continued to hang up the phone. They held my fiance in contempt for something I addressed. She didn't want me to do it but all I did was bring it up as a concern. And they dismissed us. I tried calling to apologize and not hold her against my actions of bringing up the concerns but all they do now is hang up. Also, the dental assistant was drilling her teeth prior to the dentist coming in the room I'm not sure if that is legal or not but well leave that for the dental board to figure out.

::I've been going to Dr Stacey for 15 yrs now and enjoy the experience as much as you can enjoy going to the dentist. 😊 Wait times aren't that long and you're in and out before you know it. His son, AJ, is in practice with him now and does a great job too.

::I scheduled an appointment here after having an awful experience at Summit Dental. Dr. Stacey and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me in detail and even checked if my insurance would cover certain procedures. I mean, it hurt to get my tartar removed, but that’s my fault for not going to the dentist often. I’ll definitely start going regularly now. Thank you to everyone at Stacey Family Dental for making my visit excellent after such an awful experience at another office! Please go here first, I highly recommend it.
