::If I could give this place a ZERO star it would be great. I went to see one of the doctors for a infection I've had since October of last year and all he did was write me a prescription for antibiotics. I told him I've tried several kinds if antibiotics, including iv antibiotics and it doesn't get rid of my infections, and he didn't listen to me. He still insisted I take the stupid antibiotic. And his rude staffers were asking me if I had been hospitalized for this issue and I said yes I have, but I didn't get better there too. Avoid this place and Hollywood presbeteryan hospital. They're the worst hospitals EVER. Go to ucla or Kaiser.

::If I could give this place less than one star, I would. They're extremely unprofessional. It's like they never learned bed side manners. Many of the doctors and nurses there need to lose their medical license as they will also give you medication you do not need and if not handled properly, and depending on the medication, it will kill you. There was patient there I personally knew who died from "unknown causes". These doctors swore up and down they had no idea what, happened and then magically, she suddenly had COPD. This is a warning for any and everyone going to this hospital, its not safe. Listen to what all the other one reviews are saying. This medical center should not exist.

::Their verdict: abdominal pain from an unknown cause. Even though I repeatedly told them of my gastirtis, something I've gone to the hospital for before. Still in pain hours after my visit, probably have to go somewhere else. They clearly didn't care about actually helping or listening.

::Someone I know went to ER due to having mastitis and then went back because she developed breast abscess and both times she was given same treatment. Following day she had to go to different hospital and they had to do surgery to drain it. Staff needs to be more familiar with what to do in those situations because someone's life is on the line. Train your staff in breastfeeding matters.

::Over the years, I have been in and out of their ER quite a few times because my family and I are stubborn goats who wait til we can't handle it anymore. This hospital has always been there for us. Their ER is very good with time management. They're a life saver! All the staff there are truly kind and very caring. Patient hospitality is #1. Thank you St. Vincent !!
