  I will say that the staff is absolutely amazing! I just reached the age where mammograms are recommended and decided on St. V for my first mammogram. But here's where my review gets 1 star. I was called back for further testing because of a spot they wanted to examine further (everything is fine, thank goodness). After I completed my second visit, I was told they want to see me every 6 months instead of annually so they can keep a close eye on that area. They couldn't schedule the 6-month follow-up until the order was put in the system, so I was told to call in 48 hours to make the appt. I waited closer to a month and when I called, it was an off-shore call center. No big deal, except they didn't have that order in the system so they wouldn't make the appointment. Then informed me that I have to start from square one which insurance won't cover since it's only been 4 months since my preventative scan. She kept repeating that I need to contact the Dr that ordered the 6-month follow-up but it was the Breast Center. Whatever St. V number I call, I get an off-shore call center so I can't reach the center that ordered the scan. For someone already terrified of a lump in their breast, this added stress is absolutely unnecessary. Needless to say, I will be going else for breast care from this point on.

  I waited more than one hour to get my name called. don't go there even though your doctor recommend it. go to IU health breast center in Carmel instead.

  WHERE IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER????? Marketing 101 teaches this. I searched for 30 minutes to find a way to CALL for an appt. - Got Community's # right above yours. Guess I will go there.

  The staff is very kind and considerate. My issues, if you’re not a size 0 - 12 you can’t get a gown that fits proper - so in The waiting area in a sea of women In a “short pink gowns” I am the only one sitting in a full length “over sized light blue gown with designs” all over ! Others eyes are upon me, why is she different ?Our society in every aspect continues to point out our difference in size and other physical differences (in my experiences) and in every aspect of ones life can point out Your/our differences and they’re made so apparent and visible ..... medicine has come so far , but a simple examination gown is still in the Stone Ages and points our difference so blatantly! It’s a simple consideration, but an important one ! My recommendation is make “the same gown” that can fit from size zero all the way up to .............. I guess you can fill in the dots !!!!
