  I attended the Sunday morning family service with my wife and kids during a weekend trip to New York. Clergy, lay leaders, and parishioners are clearly well-accustomed to welcoming visitors. They invited my daughter to serve as a crucifer for the service, and at least one other visitor was invited to read scripture. That particular service runs 45 minutes and includes a mix of traditional liturgy and contemporary music. The priest accomplished the rather remarkable feat of preaching (with reference to the day's lectionary no less) a sermon in 5 minutes. It was a meaningful and enjoyable way to take in the historic church as part of our weekend trip.

  Beautiful quiet church. Has different expositions from time to time. Impressive 9/11 stories and pictures can also be found here.

  Located directly across from 9/11 Memorial this church has plenty of history and worth a quick stop. Organ player was practicing and special area dedicated to the churches role in 9/11 were very emotional.
