::My experience is of a ct scan done here. What I care about with medical imaging is that the imaging is done well. The report that we got from St Joseph’s was thorough and well written I have had experiences with many imaging centers. This center took the time to write a full length report and and found the correct diagnosis the radiologist spoke with the doctor twice and when we needed the disc urgently their staff made the effort to expedite it for us.The office staff was very professional and kind and got back to me quickly with the answers I needed. Also would like to say the fact they do muscular skeletal imaging is a plus.

::The staff is very unfriendly,rude and unprofessional. They make you feel like they’re doing you a favor for being there. The entire staff is terrible except the chubby lady in front (I wish I can remember her name).

::My parent's doctor faxed over orders with all pertinent information for a test. Two weeks passed by and the doctor's office called to see if and how the test went. Someone from the imaging place was suppose to reach out and set up an appointment. I called on behalf of my parents that same day and was on the phone for over an hour and half! I was bounced around from person to person, dept. to dept., I even ended up being transferred to the actual hospital in Paterson! I called back and asked for a supervisor. I got a supv. on the phone and finally had her take care of a simple appointment for one of my parents. All this just for an appointment!!! I went with one parent and all was fine. For my other parent I had to wait for insurance p.a. and then the imaging place was suppose to call and set up and appointment. I was told to give them a week. So two weeks go by and no one calls of course! I tried calling multiple times and the same phone transfer game ensued. I called my parent's doctor and said to send the info. to another place because this place SUCKS!!! No one answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold or transfer you around. So one of the girls from my parent's doctor office called and set up the appointment which is total b.s.! I take the other parent to the appointment and the woman "Patty" I think that was her name because of course she turned her name tag around so I had to ask someone else who worked there what her name was. She has red longish hair and glasses. She asks what's the name and if we have a script. I replied that the doctor faxed everything over. Her response with an attitude and a huff was "I hear that all day and it's never faxed over." I said why don't you get up and go check. She comes back, gives me a clipboard with papers haphazardly put together and says fill this out and drops it on the counter. She was very rude and curt. I fill out the necessary paperwork and go back to the counter with people sitting at their computers and all of them avoiding eye contact including the woman servicing us. She said just have a seat, hold the paperwork, and we will call you. I said what about making copies of the insurance card. She repeats the same thing with a nasty attitude. When they finally called my parent nasty woman wasn't there and a very pleasant and polite woman named Crystal helped us. We were called on time and the technician Dave was very nice and explained everything to me and I translated to my parent. He was excellent in every sense of the word. He reassured my parent and made my parent feel comfortable. It's too bad he works in such a lousy place as far as customer service and scheduling. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE DO NOT GO THERE! It's not worth the aggravation with multiple imaging places that are available. It's a wonder they are in business and no one addresses the multiple complaints and bad reviews. If the option was available I would give them ZERO stars! Awful experience! I will not be returning there nor will I recommend it to anyone.

::I called to schedule an appt. for an MRI of the Lumbar (I thought the person that answered the phone was going to make the appt.) but NO, she transferred my call, the phone rang for a while and there was no one picked up. I hanged up, call again the main # and told the person that she transferred my call to a Dept. that is not picking up their phone. SHE SAID "I was just told from that Dept they are not taking calls and for us to take the information for them to call back and schedule the appointment" I gave my information and I thought I was going to hear from them within an hour but NO, they called hours later and by that time I had my appointment schedule for the next day with another facility. When they called, the girl didn't even apologize for the inconvenience that they caused. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

::I've had imaging tests done here 3 times and my experience has been totally different than the other people commenting here. I found the office staff to be pleasant and helpful. The technicians/nurses likewise. Most importantly, my doctors are of the opinion that the reports (films?) that they get back are very good.
