  I went there today for a Food Bag I'm not only did they give me a choice between peanut butter tuna fish or chicken but I told Mike that I liked fruit and he put a fruit cup of peaches in for me. Hallelujah the Lord Reigns His blessings down

  Went for 12pm mass, church was empty. They dont do 12pm mass. The priest has to get mass out of the way so he can go fishing. They sure make it hard to gi to mass here. No wonder there is so much evil in Sacramento.

  A gem in Downtown Sacramento. This church is very progressive for a Lutheran Church, and they are welcoming to any and all. The inside of the building is beautiful with intricate stained glass windows and nice aesthetic throughout. There is a small parking lot on the property for handicapped attendees, and a larger parking lot open on Sunday mornings for others (for free!). The pastoral staff is great and stays after service to personally greet all in attendance. 3 services are available on Sunday morning at 8:00 AM (simple prayer service with limited music), 9:00 AM (traditional service with organ and piano), and 11:30 (contemporary service with piano and guitars). There is a Sunday school hour between the 9:00 and 11:30 service for both children and adults.

  Father Frank helped me when i was struggling with recovery , its always nice see him , i teally love church and people go here

  St. Johns has been my church home for many years. I simply love the people and the place!
