  My family are parishioners of SJV for over 25 years. All my kids went to school here and made a lot of friends. It's a welcoming parish community. There's Adoration of the blessed sacrament right after Saturday morning mass (except when there is a funeral mass) Don't the miss parish carnival held on the 3rd week of June - plenty of rides, food and beer. It's the biggest carnival in the area. Be sure to try the zeppole(Italian pastry - ball of deep fried dough sprinkled with powdered sugar)
