  I had a great experience yesterday!! The lady at registration was so kind and helped me figure out my my-chart issues. The guy who checked me in for my ultrasound was nice and my ultrasound technician was so great. She told me every step of the way what she was doing. I realized she has done my ultrasound a couple of years before that and was just as nice. I wish I remembered names so I could shout them out individually.

  Tried to drop a specimen off and the lab was beyond rude and unprofessional. The woman behind the glass is Telling me if I can't wait I should just leave....I was the only person there waiting and the technician tried skipping me in line. I was there first with an already ready sample. Took 27 minutes to drop a sample of urine off. Lol it's probably inclusive because it sat there forever and when I let the actual technician with red hair know, she also told me I could always go somewhere else...so that's how we treat poor sick people who can't afford to travel and didn't know dropping off a sample took 20 minute???....... Update: I called the number the reply bot sent it's been 3 days and 2 voice-mails and still no reply...lol

  One of the worse hospitals I've been to. Took friend in to ER for head injury. Very few people waiting. Took almost an hour to get into triage. Once we got to into a room, XRay did a quick CT scan. RN's were very rude and gave my friend Tylenol and dismissed her.

  Came to the ER from Florence ER after I left bc they had a very long wait time and extremely rude nurse at the registration desk. I was praying this ER was different and it was. Everyone was very professional from the RN that checked me to the radiology tech. They offered me extra blankets and ran several test to figure out my issue, turns out I have covid. The doctor was very thorough and seemed truly interested in figuring out was going on with me. The nurse also, Nurse Craig he was fabulous. I appreciate the great service and care. Thank you.

  First time visit to this new hospital. Location and grounds are wonderful. The staff was especially helpful and courteous going the extra steps to ensure a successful visit. Screening was in place for all entrances. Highly recommended. Highly visible from highway. Plenty of parking with sufficient handicap accessible locations near entrances. Local TANK route through campus. Non Smoking campus, of course. Great addition to metropolitan area.
