  Great dry cleaner, dropped off several suits, took a bit longer to get them back than I'd hoped, but it was cheaper than I expected and they did a great job so that didn't bother me. I turned one of my suits over to them on a nice suit hanger though, and got it back on a crappy plastic piece over a metal hanger and was bummed about that :(

  St. Croix does an excellent job of cleaning and they return your clothes promptly. They are polite, professional and efficient. It is always service with a smile!

  St. Croix Cleaners is the absolute best. I have been a loyal customer for years. Not only do they do excellent work with the clothes they care for but, recently I had a business trip coming up. I completely forgot to pick up my dry cleaning during business hours and the owners came in special on a Sunday to open up and let me pick it up in time for my trip. It was above and beyond customer service and it blew me away. They will now have a customer for life!

  The staff is always prompt, friendly and professional. My clothes always come back on time and cleaned beautifully. I have been going here for years and have had everything from comforters to dress shirts laundered here. I highly recommend them.

  Absolutely worst customer experience I have ever received! When picking up my dry cleaning their debit machine was "failing" so I personally withdrew cash from the ATM and paid. When I got home and checked my bank account, the money had been withdrawn from my account (so I paid twice). I immediately alerted the store and the owner. My calls, inquiries and requests went unanswered. When I followed up in-person at the store location the staff yelled at me and my husband and told us it "was not her problem". We have since attempted to deal with the main office (Heather and Dave) who initially responded to our requests, but have now stopped returning phone calls and emails. 4 months later and they still have not reimbursed me for the double charge. The absolute worst customer service and treatment I have ever experienced, compelling me to share with others. Avoid this place at all costs!
