  I live in the Penfield. I have always taken my dry cleaning to St. Croix cleaners. I have always had a great experience here until today. After my terrible experience with Jessica, I will never return. I asked simple questions, and explained I needed my dry cleaning before Tuesday morning... Today is Saturday. She rolled her eyes at me and said that she cannot guarantee anything. She then proceeded to tell me that very expensive suits many times have very cheap glue, and when my suit is pressed the glue in the inner liner may come apart and ruin the suit. This made me concerned. When I questioned what she had just told me, she said, "no, you weren't listening to me." The way she talked to me, and her body language was so unprofessional. I have never used google ratings before, but Jessica definitely deserves the 1 star rating I give her today.

  The location of this St Croix Cleaners is quite handy. I also like that I get tell in person what I need to have done.

  Starting using them as soon as they opened in Lunds St. Paul and had the best of service. I moved away in the early spring and have tried several different cleaners near me and none of them provide the same quality and service. You guys are A+++ Thanks

  I recently took my daughter's choir dress here to be dry cleaned. When I got it back two days later, I was impressed by their ability to go above and beyond what I was expecting. I was expecting a clean dress on a hanger. What I got was a clean dress with a cardboard thing inside to maintain the shape of the dress (on a hanger). This is the first time I've had anything professionally dry cleaned, and I'll do so in the future with St. Croix Cleaners when the need arises. Thank you for a great first impression!
