  Took THREE hours to have alignment checked (didn’t need to be done) rotate tires and oil change. Asked them to replace break lights that we’re out but they forgot!!! I was there 7:40 first person in and last one out. Unless they know you in there I would go to discount tire!!

  First time got 2 tires switched..all 4 sensors worked..picked up Tahoe. Only 2 worked and it was the 2 they didn't change. Totally blamed me..took no responsiblity. Said they weren't working when they changed the tires. Sure they didnt. Around 10 months later.. Back again to switch the other 2...this time they say there is a crack in the rim. Again my fault. Is it possible just wear and tear. Maybe. I ask some questions and it's I can take it off if you don't want it. Really. Great answer. Great customer service. I've always gone here. Not no more. Lost this customer.
