  I've been coming here for years and I've had almost every service they offer - hair, mani, pedi, facial and massage. My experience has always been great and the one time I had a bad experience they more than made it right! Highly recommend John for massage!

  Best talent and service. If your lookin for great clips you’ll be disappointed by the quality cut, the attention and the better value based on cost per compliment.

  Recently moved here from the west coast, and this is probably the best Aveda salon I have ever been to! It's a full-service salon, so I was able to add-on a pedicure before my hair appointment all in the same space. I'm looking forward to coming here regularly and seeing the same hair stylist. She seemed very knowledgeable in curly hair, which is much better than having someone with pin-straight hair try to tell you to brush your curls out (no thanks!). Great atmosphere, and the nicest touch was them adding a few more minutes to my parking meter so I didn't have to run out the snow with wet hair to take care of it! Definitely coming back as a regular!

  The environment was so welcoming and friendly especially for my first time visiting! My concern now are the nails. At first glance yesterday they looked good but I was also very tired. After inspecting then again today (1 day later) they look so amateur as if I did them myself. Now I have not gotten my nails done professionally in years due to bad experiences and have been doing them myself, (I could of done better with no experience). The polish looks like I've had it on for a week, there are lumps on my gel overlay due to the gel extension being really thick, most of the nails are not even, and you can see my real nails on some of them even though I have an extension over them because there wasn't complete coverage. The tech was on a time restriction which I understand but I also believe she did not put forth her best effort or maybe this was her best. For the amount I paid there should have been better quality service.

  I've been going for about a year and have never had less than an excellent experience. The ladies who greet you are always friendly and professional and Ella (my stylist) is the absolute best! Ella's knocked my haircuts out of the park every time. Not only that, she's extremely friendly and personable. I recommend this salon to friends and/or strangers regularly. Also, I love Aveda products (what drew me to this salon in the first place), but I've never been pressured to purchase anything while there. Love the salon, love the vibe, love the people. Go to them or you're going to the wrong place.
