Maybe I'm just spoiled by central market . My husband went here to pick up a couple things the other day, it was very dirty and the shelves were unstocked. Many things were missing. There were actually a lot of employees walking around but not enough maintenance in the store. I had to ask about organic cabbage, since it wasn't on the shelf . Oddly enough, in the back there was a huge box of it. Just wondering why this stuff wasn't on the shelf to begin with. It's definitely a very unmaintained and dirty store. I really had high hopes but I was definitely disappointed. This is not meant to talk down about the store but I really feel like it should be in a much better condition than it was.

An older gentleman (Butcher) at Sprout's meat department gave me a batch of ugly shrimp with black markings on it. When I opened the shrimp package at home, shortly after my Sprouts visit, I got an odor of ammonia. Wild caught previously frozen shrimp is sold as fresh, so buyers beware. I had asked for some "pretty" wild caught frozen shrimp. After asking for the pretty shrimp twice, I then said, "black markings on the shrimp can't be good". Despite asking twice for the pretty shrimp and making the comment, the butcher still gave me the ugly shrimp closest to him. I googled the information about the ammonia smell and I called Sprouts. Jessica was quick to offer a refund, which is why I gave Sprouts three stars. She was very professional on the phone, but wasn't interested in who it was that gave me the spoiled meat. Training and hiring can be inconsistent at Sprouts. Hopefully, all the wild caught shrimp was thrown out. According to Google, black spots and the smell of ammonia equals spoiled shrimp; loads of bacteria growing; and food poisoning. Smell your shrimp before you take them home. Will stick to fresh fruits, veggies, and bulk foods from now on. Those items are still worth it to me.

Slowest Sprouts around. No customer service and waiting at at the deli counter is tedious. 3 people can be standing around back there and it still takes a solid 5-10 before being assisted.

I love this Sprouts location it's my favorite. They have a very nice vegan selection. Lot's of Yummy produce including Basil plants. I just wish that they would start carrying Dry Sparkling again.

This location seems slightly smaller than the one on I-20 in Arlington, but overall a great store. Always clean and well stocked. The staff is super friendly. The chilled produce was sub par though, wilted and even brown lettuce of all types, but that was the only issue I've had there. Nice store
