::Think of this as the cozy cousin of Whole Foods. I like this format better, much easier to navigate and doesn't have that "fancy-pants" store feeling that Whole Foods has. Highly recommend a visit. 🤠

::Huge place to find groceries, daily necessities and fruits. Envy apples are cheap in USA. The dragon fruits however cost a bomb. The counter staff yelled at me and said that I was rude for taking a short video of the luxurious and spacious premise. Maybe the company should educate its staff in handling customers more professionally to increase customer satisfaction and hence the company’s profits.

::I was driving by the town and stopped for some raw milk, but found that this store doesn't usually provide "courtesy ice" for my milk not to spoil. Still, I proceeded to request the ice from the deli and I was happily provided the courtesy ice. I appreciate their above and beyond courtesy service.

::We usually love Sprouts, so I'm pained to write this. We bought some chicken today, and after we opened the package to prepare it, we noticed it had expired 3 days ago. We called to let them know, and the person on the phone offered to exchange it if we brought it back. We mentioned they need to be more careful, that selling expired meat is a potentially serious health issue. All she could say was "yeah, that's all we can do, we'll exchange it if you bring it back". No apology, no concern for customer health, no interest in preventing this from happening, completely apathetic tone. Really? Sprouts???

::Very nice, clean, good looking produce and variety of foods... reminded me of Trader Joe's but with Whole Foods prices. I got lemons, from Brazil, which seems kind of far away so I'm not sure which stuff is "locally sourced" and how far away local is considered, but hey! The lemons were great! They have cool pumpkins already too.
