    who knows

By far the worst customer service I've ever received in my life! If you want to deal with sketchy "Sales Reps" and "Managers" who are just looking to sell you phones and get you stuck in a CONtract so you can't return the items because you won't know anything is wrong until after the 14 day return police expires and you see your bill that was pushed to the next billing cycle so you miss the 14 day return policy then this is your place! If you are someone like me who does not like getting scammed then stay far away from this place! I would give it zero stars but that's not a option. Let me tell you my story of the experience I had in this Sprint store. I went in there with my fiancèe on February 8th to surprise her with an iPhone X that I was going to add to my account. The "sales rep" Ron said he was going to do what he could to "save me money." He added a third line... that I didn't even want. 5 lines for $90 plan. He said my bill a month would be $137. March 4th comes around... my bill is $260! I went from paying 60 a month to $260! And yes I understand there are prorations. However, remember, I had one line on my account. He added two more so I could be on the unlimited freedom plan for $90. He added a moto e as a mobile hot spot to my account as the third line. He said I wouldn't be paying for that line and that it would be free. Stated that the $6.05 that I was signing on would be credited to my account (it wasn't) the $5 that would also be charged would be credited (it wasn't). I am a busy man so after I was notified about my $260 bill I went back to that Sprint store as soon as I could! That was on March 8th. I was pissed! I have had multiple issues with Sprint when it comes to billing and that is why I refuse to upgrade my line and still have a Note 5. I went in the Sprint store on March 8th requesting to speak with a manager. I was told a manager would not be there till later that day. The rep went over my account and showed me how much "Sprint" owed me back. He then stated I had to contact customer service to fix the issue.... wait wait wait... He works for Sprint. He is a customer service rep. And I have to call after he made money off of me for his commission for selling two lines, with one I didn't even want?! I asked him to call his manager or call customer service. He said he couldn't. It angered me further as I was once a top selling sales rep for Sprint. The employees in the store kept stating there was nothing they could do and that I had to fix the problem on my own or come back at a later time when a manager was there. Because I was upset the sales rep kept telling me if I did not calm down I would have to leave the store. He added two lines to my account. One that I didn't even want, but he said it would be free and cost me nothing and I would be saving money. He took down my info and said that a manager would be in at 3pm and would give me a call. Almost 7pm and still no call. After my son's baseball practice, super stressed from the situation did not want to go back to 10123 Colesville Road, Suite 9B, Silver Spring MD  20901, but I did. The manager acknowledge me and said he knew who I was and understood my frustration. He said the "finance" department would be closing soon and that he would give them a call first thing the next day at 12pm to resolve the issue and see if he could get me an extra credit for my previous issues with billing. Next day March 9th, 2018 comes around. 4pm and still no call from the "manager" Rob Patrick. I call customer service myself, which I shouldn't have had to do. I tell them my story. The rep. says even he was ashamed and kept showing his distaste with the situation. He could only get me a $30 credit. That moto e line which was supposed to be free... I got charged more than $50 for that line. A line I didn't even want! But was told it would be free and I would be saving money. The "manager" Rob Patrick then FINALLY called me at 5pm! Told me he spoke with the "finance department" and they fixed the issue. If I didn't ask he wouldn't have... CONTINUED ...

AFTER TWO YEARS OF SPRINT: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER! Verizon is also cheaper... This shop: Disorganized and long lines... remind that Sprint Warranty is different from manufacturer warranty...

I went in to have a screen fixed because insurance now requires you to go there to get the phone fixed. When I dropped it off it took 45 min because the staff was interested in what music they played. The man who took my phone NEVER told me that they were going to erase my information even after they gave me a loaner phone and I told him I could not pull up my contacts because my info was not backed up. If I knew they were going to do that I could have kept the SIM card, but who knew. After waiting 20 minutes while staff discussed a movie I got my phone back with everything deleted. My contacts, pictures, calendar all gone. Precious memories and years worth of business contacts all deleted. When I got upset the staff insincerely apologized, but basically told me it was my fault. So I paid $100 to have everything gone. Sprint did give me a $50 credit and told me that they would reprimand the store, but that doesn't help with getting my things back.
