  I was told I would be paying $120 total and somehow my bill ended up being $200+ because he said “the quote I gave you was for three people but only two of you joined”. So so awful

  Ridiculously bad service. I do not recommend this store at all. Poor management that does not know how to provide good customer service or schedule staff accordingly. They do not greet customers nor handle issues in order. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am switching to Verizon.

  I have come in to this particular store and have had problems with my bill for a few months now. The employees dont really explain or do the work they say their doing. Theyre pretty incompetent and they really dont do a service to customers. After adding a new line and changing to what an employee said was a better plan (witch included all the things that i was paying extra for.. unlimited data and international call/txt ). Instead of saving i am paying more l. I have gone back to the store and they always say that u have to call the customer service number...even if ure there ar the sprint store!!! Its ridiculous. The person on the phone, even though nice will only usually just give u the run around bc they only see u as a number on a screen. I have been paying money on top of my plan witch again should include everything. I pay close to 100 dollars a month for 1 line ...witch is high, but have gotten a bill of up to 300. I had to call customer service and deal with them for abt 2 hours until they were able to fix it and even then i didnt get all the charges removed...according to them certain charges cant be adjusted... In other places ive seen people get more for their money. Another thing that theyll do is instead of waiting for your pay cycle to finish and then change your plan theyll switch it during the cycle witch in return charges for the time that u used the other plan or the new 1... overall not a good experience here. Ure better off going somewhere else. Network is ok but the customer service at this store is counter productive unless u like to pay more than u should.
