  The service at the store was ok, although the young new trainee tried his best to remedy my issue the store manager was very distracted and stand-offish. I had an issue where my phone cracked, I had an insurance and some how I still had to pay for an upgrade. They talked me in circles, and in result I got the new phone. Store was bare seemed to be under construction. I wish I would had come when store was complete because I had a very small selection to select from. Overall bad shopping experience. I won’t mention even go into detail about the repair staff, he didn’t look at me once while explaining how my phone that dropped once was beyond repair. Just go to another store!

  Dont ever go to this store they're useless!!! My phone was broken so I figured I could just walk in the store and get a replacement one when I have insurance. I did everything from using their own phone myself after they refused to help me. I literally sat behind their counter using their land line phone and took care of everything. Just a bunch of kids using the place as a hang out. Blaring music and not helping out customers at all. Was told multiple times if i needed a phone to go next door to T - Mobile.

  Slow understaffed. Some sit on their ads. Some work. Been 3 times and waited long time.

  The employees have no knowledge about the product and services. Very upset with this store. I have to go there more than 3 times for their lack of knowledge. Sad. I regret changing from Verizon to them. Rather pay more
