  Went here twice and twice had our account messed up by Daniel. We were supposed to have a family plan for $160/month and for some reason he put us on two separate accounts for $220/month. He also signed us up for protection plan even tho we declined that. Had to call Sprint national customer service to fix it. So aggravating.

  Absolutely awful. Trying for over 3 months to get them to pay previous carrier fees. Now our old bill wasn't even submitted and has mysteriously disappeared. Problems still unresolved and our $800 bill is about to be turned over to a 3rd party collector. I know we are not the only ones in this boat. How much longer does this have to go on before we can seek legal action?? Sprint isn't even worth it

  I can't stand this place. They can't fix a bill after 7 months. Can't answer their phones. Honestly can't even do their jobs. I don't know how this place is still open.
