  My experience at the store was fine. The personnel were very helpful. What was frustrating was learning that the company, Sprint, was ripping me off for the past 9 months.

  Elijah helped me out so much!!! He was SO knowledgeable and so patient! He stayed 45 minutes after close just to make sure my phone was working properly! Make sure you see him!

  Sales representative Elijah helped me and answered all of my questions with no hesitation! Helped me upgrade my phone and showed me the key features! I recommend going in to see him! Enjoyed My overall customer service experience!

  Watch out these people are super shady. I went in to get my phone new activated because my old one broke. They asked me if I wanted insurance and I said no because I was getting a good case from somebody at work for free. They guy acknowledged me and said "oh that's cool of them" Next month I see insurance on my bill. I just called the Sprint 1800 today and they said they will take it off. I explained the story including the fact that I have a case. What does he do? tries to sell me insurance. I said no he told me its off and I'll get a credit on my account and I wont be charged anymore. 1. I'll believe it when I see it. 2. I will be watching my bill like a hawk. This is a review on both the store and the company. They are cheap for a reason. Just stay on them and get an unlocked phone.

  Went to the Sprint store with billing issues. The rep named Elijah answered all of my questions and upgraded me almost instantly! Very professional and spectacular customer service. Great store overall, but definitely going to see Elijah again and I highly recommend you do too!
